 1.  Manager  

 Qualification:    Degree from any recognized University preferably with                                   Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture/ science  & possessing at least 10 years experience in Tea plantation,production and  field management activities.Should have complete knowledge of setting up clonal and seed nurseries,new plantations,young tea management and running of a processing unit as well as quality control. 2.

2.   Manager Marketing-

Qualification:     Graduate & MBA with Marketing, possessing atleast 5 years experience in Tea production &   Tea marketing.

Age limit :           35-40 years as on the date of advertisement.

Total Emoluments:  Selected candidates will be paid for the post of Tea Estate Manager & Manager Marketing Rs. 27,000.00 p.m. (fixed) on yearly contractual basis.
